After Hours Bread
Dillon DeBauche (little t american baker) has a healthy obsession with research and development and a delightful dedication to traditional artistry. He has baked and explored in the NW, France, Australia, Austin and back again. All of this comes together beautifully in his work. Sourcing as locally and sustainably as possible, they'll be delivering two freshly baked 1 lb. loaves every other Sunday to 20 homes (on the east side within 5 miles of SE 26th and Division). Rotating old favorites and new creations alike will be highlighted Something fresh and surprising (and darn delicious) to start your week off right.
