Bare! True Stories of Sex, Desire and Romance brings together storytellers, comedians, sex educators and others to share true tales from their own experiences of sex, desire and romance. With stories as diverse as the people telling them, Bare! opens doors to bedrooms, back seats and dungeons to tell what your mama left out about the birds, bees and in-betweens.

Jefferson is the curator and host of Bare!, regularly in Boston, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. A sex educator and writer, Jefferson keeps a pseudonymous blog, One Life, Take Two, that details his life as a parent and pervert. He is a storyteller frequently seen on stages around New York and elsewhere, including The Moth, where he is a StorySlam winner. He is also host of Foreplay! A Sexy Storytelling Open Mic, biweekly in New York.

Mike Fenn is a storyteller, writer, zinester and aspiring stand-up comedian. He has written for online publications such as retro-daze.org, Geekadelphia, and the Daily Dot. He is well-liked among such celebrities as William Shatner, Tom Hanks, Sir Patrick Stewart, and Christopher Lloyd, all of whom have said "Nice to meet you" while shaking his hand. A self-professed geek, he has blogged for anime, comic book, video game, and Internet culture conventions up and down the East Coast. Vickie Fernandez is an award-winning writer, storyteller and comedian. Her stories have appeared in a number of publications you've probably never heard of, but should check out. When she's not working on her memoir and wrangling new unruly tales into submission you can find her performing her stories and telling jokes all over Philadelphia. She hopes to someday move to Mexico and live in a brightly colored house with plenty of room for her pet monkeys, Frida Kahlo shrines and disproportionate collection of cowboy boots.

A former elementary school teacher with a lifelong passion for the bizarre and filthy, Monica Graziosi now works as a Domme and sex-positive educator. She sometimes takes her clothes off and performs under the name Carmen Monoxide, and her favorite things include cephalopods, sparkly stuff, goat cheese, meeting new people and coming. Monica: educator, BDSM worker, exhibitionist, orgasm enthusiast and general troublemaker.

David Piccolomini is a comedian and bad at keeping things professional. So I'll just level with you, person reading this (person reading this hopefully not when I'm onstage): I'm mostly a comedian but I have a fondness for adventures and I really like telling about them. I believe that good stories are the best currency we have as a people and I, for one, aim to be Scrooge McDuck. I won a couple of awards for playwriting a while ago, but the format seems so dramatically (pun!) different, I don't know if that even matters. Anyway, just sit back and relax while I go up there and bare my soul out to you. If it works, then afterward let's kick back and have a drink. If it doesn't, let's have several.
