Workshops at the Arizona Burlesque Festival

The Arizona Burlesque Festival is offering classes with burlesque stars from around the country on November 15! Join us at Fanny's Fox Den, Tucson's only dance studio dedicated to the art of burlesque, for a day of fun, learning, and meeting new people. All levels are welcome! Save $20 by purchasing a full day pass (Zumba not included) for $50! Individual class prices are listed below

Class offerings:

9:30-10:30 am Zumba ($5 cash only drop in)
Work up a sweat while you dance to latin rhythms!

10:30 am-11:30 am: Beautiful Hands and Arms with Lucy Morals ($15)
Dance isn't only about the feet and legs. Bring your movement all the way through your fingertips and learn some techniques to add elegance, extension, fluidity and emotion using your fingers, hands and arms. Say goodbye to noodly arms, stiff claws and limp wrists while on stage!

11:30 am-12:30 pm: Producing: What you don't know can hurt you with Lili VonSchtupp ($15)
Understanding pricing, budgets, venues deals, & Personnel. Takeaway notes included.

12:30 pm-2:00 pm: Bumps & Grinds with Ginger Valentine
Perfect your bump & refine your grind with award winning burlesque queen Ginger Valentine. Learn the fundamentals of burlesque, tone muscles & improve flexibility in this 90-minute dance class. Wear fitted workout wear. High heels are optional. ($25)

2:00 pm-3:00 pm: The Mr. Valdez Method to Musicality with Mr. Valdez ($15)
This workshop covers the fundamentals of music theory and how to apply them to your burlesque act.

Cancellation Policies:
If your class is cancelled by the instructor, your money will be refunded to you as soon as possible. Tuition is otherwise non-refundable.
