Food Lab Dinner Series @ Ted & Honey
Ted & Honey is happy to open its doors and kitchen to feature a series of pop up dinners.
Sharing the same values as Ted & Honey/Parker Red Catering, pHFood is based on a premise of locally grown, organic and sustainable produce. We believe you should know where your food comes from which is why we source from local farmers in Long Island, upstate New York and Pennsylvania. We are proud to support companies whose ethos and values align with our own.
pHFood is the brainchild of Paul Heiler, our former Sous Chef with Parker Red Catering. pHFood will highlight a new American menu consisting of sustainably sourced ingredients prepared elegantly and simply.
Chef Paul believes food should be simple, elegant and done well, paying close attention to proper sourcing, food handling, acquired cooking techniques, seasoning all portioned and plated to perfection. Chef Paul's "New American" cuisine consist of modern techniques which is what make his food separate from what America has done over that last 50 years.
