Please join us at Spruce for a dinner featuring the exquisite white truffles of Alba, Italy, accompanied by the wines of Roero producer Cascinca Val del Prete. White truffles come almost exclusively from the Alba region of Italy and are only available for a couple months a year, making them extremely rare and precious. Cascina Val del Prete produces wines in the Roero region, just a few kilometers northwest of Barolo and Barbaresco. Mario Roagna from Cascina Val del Prete will join us to share his wines, paired with a special menu highlighting the white truffles, prepared by Chefs Mark Sullivan and John Madriaga.
