Preparing Winning Proposals
THIS TRAINING HAS REACHED MAXIMUM CAPACITY. PLEASE CALL 425.416.2030 FOR INFORMATION ON A WAITING LIST. Washington State Mentors (WSM) invites you to participate in a FREE customized grant training, Preparing Winning Proposals lead by Dr. R. Y. Woodhouse. This is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the best grant-writing trainers in the Northwest. WSM is offering this training to organizations who have submitted an application for a Bank of America Mentoring Initiative grant since 2006.
Dr. Woodhouse will engage you in activities that will help you create a compelling needs statement, present your program concisely and powerfully, and produce simple convincing budgets. WSM's Grants Officer will conclude the training with a short discussion of important Do's and Dont's for working with grantmakers.
We are offering this training at two locations, Tacoma and Spokane. You are invited to send one or two representatives to the training. Space is limited to 30 attendees per session.
