Trechermen + St. Feuillien Beer Dinner

On Tuesday November 11 Trenchermen joins forces with Brasserie St. Feuillien, one of Belgium's most storied and lauded breweries. Dominique Friart, the fourth generation owner will be on hand to regale in the history and discuss the future of her family's brewery.

Trenchermen Chef Patrick Sheerin will be pairing an amuse and four courses with five carefully selected beers from Brasserie St. Feuillien - and believe us, we took our time tasting through these special beers.

The Menu:
Amuse - Pickle tots, red onion yogurt, caviar
Grand Cru, an extra-bodied amber with depth and intrigue

Chicken fat roasted carrots, apricot, smoked fried chicken
Saison, a rich and spicy beer that displays true "terroir"

Olive oil poached shrimp, lobster curry broth, quinoa & herbs
Tripel, a distinct maltiness alongside fruit and aromatic hops

Duroc pork, grains, malt roasted vegetables
Belgian Coast IPA, an exciting collaboration with Green Flash

Biere-a-misu, golden raisins, chicory
Speciale, the pinnacle of St. Feullien's beers, a seasonal delight
