A Grande Chartreuse Dinner

Join us at Holeman and Finch Public House on Sunday, October 26th at 7:00 p.m. for a very special evening celebrating Chartreuse! 4 courses will be served, with cocktail pairings featuring the entire Chartreuse range. Here is the evening's menu:

Passed
tartine of shakerag blue with shaved celery
chartreuse cured mountain trout, corn bread, and buttermilk
served with sparkling wine & green chartreuse

Dinner
potage of shellfish with big fat grits in yellow chartreuse-vadouvan curry cream
paired with london dry gin, green chartreuse, ginger-fenugreek shrub, lime juice

foie gras torchon
yellow v.e.p. and a surprise pairing

chartreuse-honey roast pork, fennel confit, and smoked onion-apple cider gastrique
paired with yellow chartreuse, bonal gentaine-quina, rum, lime juice, peychaud's bitters

Dessert
chartreuse and chocolate with crémeux of dark chocolate and chartreuse meringue
paired with green chartreuse & green V.E.P.

Tickets are $100 per person. Tax and gratuity are included.
