Join us as we welcome you into our kitchen for our annual demonstration-style, Thanksgiving-inspired cooking class. Chef John Madriaga will guide you through the step-by-step process on how to prepare your very own luxurious feast. You will learn how to brine and roast a perfect turkey, as well as prepare a selection of his favorite side dishes, including cornbread and duck sausage stuffing, maple-roasted garnet yams, and more. Immediately following instruction, you will sit down and enjoy a grand, family-style meal featuring the dishes that you helped create, paired with a special selection of wines.
