Ecco Sunday Share | "The Birds"
Ecco's next installment in its monthly family-style, communal dinner--The Sunday Share--takes its inspiration from the spooky month of October and one of the most macabre movies of all time, Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds."
The menu includes fowl of all shapes, sizes, preparations including:

Duck ham with crispy duck chicharrones

Squab pate with raw porcini salad and Grana Padano dressing
