Zen Poets
The ZEN POETS are a Greensboro-based jazz ensemble focused on presenting original compositions. The group is lead by DownBeat award-winning soprano saxophonist and composer, Annalise Stalls. The Zen Poets are recent winners of the 4th Annual NCCU and Salett Arts Jazz Competition, and are excited for their soon to be released debut album of all original music, FRAMES OF THE IMAGINATION. For this concert, the Zen Poets will be joined by special guest and guitarist, Scott Sawyer.
