Henry Brant: Antiphony and Authenticity
Seattle Chamber Players and Town Hall present the music of the Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Henry Brant. Brant's spatially conceived music is wonderfully suited for the architectural and acoustical wonder of Town Hall, and this program has been designed with that in mind. The program features the premiere of Travelers, a work commissioned by Seattle Chamber Players, and Wind, Water, Clouds and Fire, a large scale work set to text by Leonardo da Vinci and featuring the voices of the Northwest Boychoir and Vocalpoint! Conducted by Joseph Crnko.
