Jewish Meditation for the Whole Family
Rabbi Olivier BenHaim of Bet Alef Meditative Synagogue will introduce a transformative practice for the whole family based on the millennia-old tradition of Jewish meditation.
While adults learn the benefits of meditation as a family experience, kids will take part in a creative project. The families will then come together again for a joint meditation session.
FREE. No prior Judaic or meditation knowledge required. Appropriate for children ages 4 and up.
