Gorge Grown Food Network, Gorge Winds Community Grocery, and WSU Extension present the 2014 Food Forum: A Farm and Food Symposium
Classes will include:
Water-bath canning
Cheese substitutes
Fermentation
Foraging for wild roots
High elevation gardening
Livestock raising/animal products
Farmers' Market will go from 11:45 am 3:00 pm. Stock up on fall goodies and storage crops. Hot food will be available for purchase.
