Open Kitchen's Holiday Baking & Coffee Cupping Experience
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Katie Reineberg will show you how to warm your home and heart with the perfect holiday baked goodies. Also joining us will be Coffee Expert Daniel Velasquez, owner of Campesino Specialty Coffee, with a lesson in how to fully enjoy your coffee experience by observing different aromas and flavor profiles.
On the Menu:
Braided Honey-Wheat Challah Bread
Individual Maple-Pecan Coffee Cakes
Double-Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies
Cinnamon Raisin Scones
Coffees from Campesino Specialty Coffee
This class requires a minimum of TEN STUDENTS so if you are interested, please invite your friends and family to join you! If we do not meet the minimum students, the class will be cancelled and a refund issued.
