A spectacular new site-specific work combining sculpture, costumes, music, sound, and theater. |
Our story centers on the character Charon, the boatman on the River Styx. It's got elements from Greek and Roman myths, pieces of Dante's Inferno, and blasts of black metal. It's a tragedy. And it's very funny.
The audience meets at a secret location and embarks on a nighttime journey through Gowanus. There are two ways to see the show: by boat or from land.
Boat Tickets: (Sold Out) A boat ticket provides an intimate experience close to the denizens of Hades. Once you are on the boat, you must stay on the boat for the duration of the performance. The last night of the Dreary Coast is free if you bring your own boat. Email email@example.com for instructions.
Land Tickets: $25. A land ticket allows you to follow the action on foot. You'll be able to hear everything with a radio. Bring your own FM portable radio if you have one!
