Intro to Tadashi Suzuki's Actor Training Methods
Built on the P3/East methodology of Tadashi Suzuki's physically and mentally rigorous training method for actors, this workshop with instructor Neal Easterling begins the process of expanding the possibilities of the full body to the potential of the imagination. Participants will be introduced to structured mprovisations that improve deep concentration, harness physical specificity, and strengthen mind/body integration. Mastering these techniques takes time, but each participant will have the opportunity to begin a journey that has revolutionized the way many professionals approach the creation and practice of theater making.
