Athanasian Barrel Aged Belgian Tripel Beer Release

DESCRIPTION:
Council Brewing is proud to announce our second bottle and barrel aged beer. "Athanasian", a Barrel Aged Belgian Tripel (Pron: "Ath-uh-nation"). This Belgian Tripel derives much of its subtle fruity notes from the distinctive yeast strain and has layered complexity of honey, vanilla, and caramel from fermentation in bourbon oak barrels. Bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces, corked and capped for earthy, stone fruit notes with extended aging.

Please note, this is a very limited release of only 350 Bottles.

BOTTLE PURCHASE DETAILS:
Beginning on Tuesday, October 28th 2014 at 2:00 PM, you will be able to purchase (2) bottles of Athanasian Tripel. Beautifully packaged in a Belgian 750 ml with a cork and cap to accommodate high carbonation and extended aging of the beer.

RELEASE PARTY:
We will be hosting a release party on Saturday, November 15th, 2014 throughout the entire day (11AM-10PM) as our final event for San Diego Beer Week. You may pick up your bottle(s) beginning Saturday, November 15th, 2014 through Saturday, December 20th during regular Tasting Room Hours (see www.councilbrew.com for tasting room hours). We will have a 1/2 barrel keg of Athanasian on tap that day. (Tasters of draft Athanasian are sold separately and not included in purchase price of bottles.) Any bottles not picked up by Saturday, December 20th, 2014 will be surrendered back to Council Brewing Co - No Refunds. No Exceptions.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Please use your name when purchasing the bottles. Only you may pick up the bottles. PROXIES are NOT allowed. You may not purchase bottles under another person's name. To retrieve your bottles, you will be required to show your proof of purchase (your "Brown Paper Tickets" ticket) and valid ID valid ID for the purchase of alcohol and to ensure your name matches to your bottle purchase.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.

SHIPPING:
Council Brewing will not ship the bottles. Bottles must be retrieved at the tasting room during regular tasting room hours.
