Comedians You Should Know Presents: Mike Lebovitz (Live Album Recording) @ Timothy O'Toole's Pub
Chicago comedian, Mike Lebovitz, headlines three stand-up comedy shows at Timothy O'Toole's Pub (622 N. Fairbanks Ct.) on Friday, October 24th at 9 PM and Saturday, October 25th, 2014 at 8 and 10:30 PM.
This will be the only chance to see Mike record his debut album, Pure Garbage, for Rooftop Comedy Records. He views the material he'll be presenting for the album recording as a love letter to Chicago and the comedy community that launched him.
The shows will be produced by Comedians You Should Know, a stand-up comedy collective made up of some of Chicago's funniest comedians, including Lebovitz, and will be hosted by Chicago comedian and public restroom connoisseur, Danny Kallas.

MORE ABOUT MIKE:
Mike, a Chicago native, has come up through the local stand-up scene to become one of the most loved comic voices in the city, where he can regularly be seen at such venerated comedy spots as Comedians You Should Know, Zanies, The Laugh Factory, Comedy Bar Chicago, Up Comedy Club, The Lincoln Lodge, Chicago Underground Comedy and Parlour Car. He is also a frequent contributor to The Paper Machete, WBEZ's weekly, live literary magazine. In addition to being fixture at comedy clubs across the Midwest, Mike's irreverently observational takes on family, fatherhood and farts have brought him to stages as far afield as Montreal--where in 2013, he was welcomed as a New Face of Comedy at Just For Laughs, the world's largest and most prestigious comedy festival--and Switzerland, where he took first place in the 2013 Competition at the Montreux International Comedy Festival. He credits his successes--such as they are--to a way with words, an ability to make faces when words fail him, and just plain looking funny.
