HOW TO PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS FOR FUN & PROFIT
A World Café discussion on the Power of Collaboration

Presented as part Kitsap Global Entrepreneurship Week 2014!

Presented by the Silverdale Chamber of CommerceFacilitated by Shannon Bruce of Excell Puget Sound

Entrepreneurs and business leaders have the overwhelming task of building relationships while at the same time producing profitability. Those who are most successful learn how to break free of the "lone ranger" syndrome by leveraging the strengths of a collaborative team. In fact, the new 'buzz word' is to collaborate to be more effective with your time, energy and resources. But what does this really mean to "collaborate" and how do you do it successfully? In this interactive workshop, Shannon Bruce will facilitate a World Café discussion to help you glean the insight of your colleagues related to the mindset, structures and systems that are needed to support collaboration for both peak experience and high performance. You will:

Learn what stage of leadership you are in relative to the Five Stages of Culture outlined in Tribal Leadership by David Logan, John King and Halee Fischer Wright

Engage in interactive and provocative discussion with a small group using the World Café approach to harvesting practical insight from the participants in the meeting

Walk away with specific and practical ideas that you can implement to improve your personal leadership which will help to improve the quality of your ability to collaborate with others

Have fun as you develop explore the new mindsets and structures and systems needed to collaborate effectively and with purpose
