The Streetlight People
It's time for another improv show with The Streetlight People! Join us for an evening of improvised theater at the SF Playhouse in downtown San Francisco.
We'll start with some short scenes and games using audience suggestions, followed by a longer improvised play or 'movie'.
Mark Takvorian will be providing music, and Mikaela Bennett will be our lighting improviser.
Our last show in September was sold out, and seating in this venue is limited to 50 guests. So buy your tickets soon!
"I've seen two shows - they were packed and The Streetlight People rocked. They are brave, curious, playful and good friends....oh and they're good improvisers too! See them." -William Hall Author, The Playbook: Improv Games for Performers
"You guys are like an amoeba working together!" -Patricia, audience member
About The Streetlight People:
We are a 5-member ensemble with a shared passion for improvisational theater. We met while taking classes at BATS Improv in 2007 and have been playing together ever since.
Collaborative story-telling and supporting one another inspire us. Taking risks together and embracing the unknown thrill us. In practicing these elements of improvisation, we hope to create special moments that we can share with you.
Individually we are Kevin Bohnert, Pam McLeod, Rish Sanghvi, Sima Sanghvi and Lisa Wang.
Together we are The Streetlight People.
