Igor Lovchinsky
"Mesmerizing and fiery" and "profoundly communicative" are just some of the words critics have used to praise Igor Lovchinsky, 30, a native of Kazan, Russia. One of the most popular concert artists to have performed in our hall, he was giving recitals at the age of four in his native Tatarstan (Russia), before settling when he was ten in Ohio. A graduate of the Juilliard School and the New England Conservatory, he will take time away from his other passion, graduate physics study at Harvard, to return this season with a program sure to please.
