Creating combos for a spinning pole can be tricky!
In this workshop you will learn unique combos designed to get the most impact out of your spin by creating interesting and beautiful shapes while maintaining momentum.
Prerequisites: must already be able invert on spin pole from the floor. Ability to perform aerial inverts on spin a plus.
