The onset of autumn is a great time to turn your thoughts to Gruyeres, Aged Goudas, cheddars and other great cold weather cheeses that stand up to the complexity and sweetness of winter beers and ales. (Oh yeah these cheeses melt really well into mac n' cheese, fondue and other delights.) Join us November 3rd at 7 at d.b.a Brooklyn, 113 North 7th St. for a tasting of fantastic autumnal cheeses and beers to match. Tickets are $20 via this site or in cash at the door.
