Private Reception with Dame Dorie Greenspan
Please join fellow Dames at The Glunz Tavern on Sunday, November 9th for a private reception for Dorie Greenspan. Dorie will be available to sign her new book "Baking Chez Moi" which is being released late October. Drinks and light bites will be served at this exclusive event!
The premise of the book - The French do bake at home - but only family and really good friends get to taste the results! Greenspan discovered these desserts which she likens to "finding a parallel universe," through years spent living part time in Paris. Greenspan's book is a mix of homey recipes from home bakers and more challenging, creative presentations by some of France's top pastry chefs.
