it has a cool southern italian or hungarian furmint thing going on. bravo!

a lovely viscous round quality. a chenin weightiness. mainly because it's chenin.

Herbs de Provence-Crusted New Zealand Lamb Chop
chived-mashed peruvian potato, heirloom roasted vegetable, dijon/ cabernet demi-glace

this wine is truly showing its rhône grape gutsiness.
meaty & manly (in a somewhat elegant ladies of wwf sort of way).
