1 SW33T R1DE is the hour following a violent sexual assault, shown in real time. Tina has been assaulted by a group of teenagers, and saved by Morris, her boyfriends best friend. Freddy, her boyfriend, and Pilar, her roommate and best friend, want her to report it, but she refuses...until she realizes that the people who attacked her know where she lives. Though the subject matter is dark, the show is deliberately written with a sense of humor--this is not a violence-filled thriller, but a glimpse into how people deal with trauma.
