Henri Hardouin a cappella Masses - St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church (Auraria)
After the issuing of St. Martin's first commercially released recording, "The Complete A Cappella Masses of Henri Hardouin, Vol. 1," the choir now records Vol. 2, and you are invited to sit in on one of the recording sessions. This is not only a historic event these masses have not been performed in over 200 years, much less recorded! but a fascinating look at how a professional choir makes a recording. Details of microphone placement, ambient noise, editing between multiple takes, and other recording techniques will be discussed and demonstrated by Maestro Krueger and the choir.
