Roustabout Theater, resident theater company of the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts, with its Apprentice Program presents Broadways most joyous musical comedy, Hello Dolly!, November 21 through December 6, 2009.

Hello, Dolly! overflows with effervescent humor and irresistible melodies, from "Put On Your Sunday Clothes" and "It Only Takes a Moment" to its show-stopping title song, making this show a delectable treat for music theater lovers of all ages.
Hello, Dolly! discovers Dolly Levi arranging the marriage of the half-millionaire Horace Vandergelder. Dolly has indeed found the perfect wife for him herself! Now she must win the heart of her unsuspecting "husband-to-be" before he gets hitched to somebody else.
The original Broadway production won 10 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and became the longest playing Broadway musical of its time. Adapted from Thorton Wilder's The Matchmaker, Hello, Dolly! was produced on Broadway by David Merrick, with musical score by Jerry Herman (Mame; La Cage Aux Folles) and book by Michael Stewart (Bye, Bye, Birdie; 42nd Street). The show has since become an enduring musical theater sensation, enjoying three Broadway revivals and international success.
