Cellular Cinema: New Films Made with Film
Join us for a celebration of film at this screening of new experimental work made with good, old-fashioned celluloid! Even as mainstream movie theaters convert to digital projection en masse, and Kodak struggles through bankruptcy, there are artists, in Minnesota and around the world, who continue to make films with film, because of its unique qualities and limitations. All proceeds will go toward a bulk purchase of film stock, which will be divided equally among the participating artists.
