Kombucha 101
Rich Awn is founder and Master Brewer of the Brooklyn-based kombucha brand, Mombucha. He has been brewing since 2005 and drinking kombucha most of his life from when his mother brewed in their New Jersey home growing up. Having dedicated his life to this magic tea, Rich will personally demonstrate his unique "bowl method" brewing technique and provide starter kits and illustrated instructions to all participants of this workshop. Mombucha samples will be served and bottles for sale after the class.
