Mochitsuki 2007
Come feed your spirit with the delights of cultural connections! Join special guest Lawson Inada, Oregon's Poet Laureate and our emcee, at this annual New Year celebration of Portland's Nikkei Community. The hour-long show will feature Portland Taiko, storytelling, traditional dance and plenty of hearty entertainment for the whole family.
Admission includes access to the Activity Center where you can connect with Community Partner organizations through a community stage, food, games and of course, mochi pounding! The center will be open noon-4:30pm.
