Food: Chicken and Steak entrees, prepared by an award winning Chef: Chef Jose I. Reynaldo, is a proud member of the American Culinary Federation and is a member of the board of directors of Les Toques Blanches International Chefs Club.
He currently holds the tittle as First President for the Chefs association Board. He has also hosted the "Chef for the Year Dinner for five consecutive years for the Orange County Chefs Association, where he has been honored as a recipient of this most prestigious honor, numerous times.
