GHOULS, GHOSTS & GOBLINS - HAUNTED NY
Join us on a spooky walking/riding tour through the neither regions of Manhattan where the ghosts of yesteryear refuse to leave and continue their mischievous ways. http://www.youtube.com/user/NYSeeTours
See what we mean, go to the link above, if you dare. Frightening Annie D or Fearsome Frederick P will conduct your journey to the other side of the veil, in the streets, alleys and parks of old New York. http://www.youtube.com/user/NYSeeTours
Behind every person alive today on Manhattan Island stands many a ghost. Since its discovery the Island has had its share of poltergeists. New York City is one of the most haunted places in America.
The spirits of John Barrymore, Dylan Thomas, Peter Stuyvesant, Gertrude Tredwell, Edgar Allen Poe, and many others are alleged to still walk the streets of lower Manhattan.
Washington Square Park was a burial ground for 20,000 victims of the yellow fever epidemics of the 1820's. Residents of the Village claim to have seen restless yellow-shrouded embodiments prowling the night.
Peter Stuyvesant's ghost still visits the bell tower of Saint Marks on the Bowery.
Even if you don't see an apparition you'll learn fascinating folklore and history of New York.
Tour runs Thursday Friday and Saturday. Reserve now as Ghost tours fill up fast.
