Poultry Processing Class at Scratch-A-Lot Farm
Have you ever thought about raising and processing chickens for your home or for market? Come to this class and find out about the whole process.
Gorge Grown Food Network and Scratch-A-Lot Farm are partnering to host a poultry processing class on October 8, 2014 from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.
The class will take place at Scratch-A-Lot Farm and lunch will be provided. There will be an optional tour of her pasture based system after lunch for those who are interested. This class is free of charge and participants will go home with a chicken!
