Les Dames dEscoffier Chicago Chapter invites you to attend a presentation with wine tasting and dinner South Americas sizzling wines featuring guest presenter Liz Caskey of Santiago, Chile.
Here is your opportunity to experience an expert-led introduction to the wines of the Southern Cone, comprised of Chile, Argentina and Uruguay.
Discover the intense passion of this regions winemakers. Learn to appreciate the special confluence of soil, place, moment in time, climate and mans imprint on wine, food and culture.
This program includes a presentation on South Americas premiere wines in a tasting and discussion of terroir, wine culture and upcoming trends in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. A three-course dinner follows discussion with wine accompaniment. The following South American producers will be represented:
Altavista Premium, Benegas, Cono Sur, Cruzat, Quintay, Monte de Luz, and Palin.
