Reno Hair & Makeup Artist of the Year Awards
The Reno Hair & Makeup Artist of the Year Awards is a competition for local Hair and Makeup Artists. Both Professional and Student Hair and Makeup Artists will compete to develop looks based on their own interpretations of "Under the Big Top". All proceeds from this event will benefit the Miss Reno, Sparks & Washoe County Scholarship Fund.
