Questo giovedì, Edgemere Farm vi invita a festeggiare cucina e cultura italiana. Ogni piatto sarà fatta a mano da zero da amiche della fattoria, ValentunaSalami e ArugulaCracker.
Oh. Sorry. Do you not speak Italiano? You better brush up then before this Thursday, August 21st when Edgemere Farm will be taken over by Italians (kind of like those Fiat commercials). The chefs and farm friends, "ValentunaSalami" e Christina "ArugulaCraker" are Italian transplants living in the Rockaways who will be making all the dishes - including the copious amounts of pasta - from scratch. Topped with the best parmigiano and olio d'oliva, you'll be thinking you teleported to Italy for the evening.

Come out to the farm early this Thursday to watch the pasta making live! Gates open at 5:45. Dinner served at 6:45.
DIRECTIONS:
If you plan to arrive by public transportation, take the A-train heading towards Far Rockaway and get off at the Beach 44th Street Station. You will see yellow sandwich board signs for Edgemere Farm once you get to street level.
