It is the 90's in Cuba. Laura, an university professor, has lost her capacity to dream. Her teenage daughter lives in a world of fantasy. As a consequence, Laura's life becomes a nightmare. The relationship between mother and daughter is full of misunderstanding, oddity and miscommunication which cast a need to preserve each other's utopia without sacrificing their reality.
Cuba, son los 90. Laura, profesora universitaria, ha perdido la capacidad de sonar. Su hija adolescente se mueve en un mundo fantstico, pero la vida de Laura se convierte en una pesadilla. Las relaciones entre madre e hija, llenas de extraeses, incomprensiones y acercamientos, se proyectan como una necesidad de preserver cada una su utopa sin sacrificar la realidad.

Una pareja busca el lugar donde cinco aos atrs hicieron el amor por primera vez. En un acto de pasin desmesurada, pierden la seal del camino y van a parar a una extraa y apartada mansin habitada por un matrimonio bizarro. Un Zen sobre el amor, sexo y una cmara de tortura china.
