PART OF HANDMADE WORLDS: A FESTIVAL OF PUPPET THEATRE

You will leave this workshop with a deeper understanding of positive/negative space, an eye for drawing with a knife and planning jointwork, and hands-on practice in this medium. Bring your own X-Acto blade and needlenose pliers, if you have them!
Bio: Hannah Quinn Rivenburgh is a multidisciplinary performer and puppeteer. They discovered paper cuts and shadow puppets recently, but fell in love with the form.
HANDMADE WORLDS: A Festival of Puppet Theatre is produced by Open Eye Figure Theatre in collaboration with the Great Plains Region of The Puppeteers of America and In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre.
