"Get Strong First"
The Rat City Roller Girls and "Get Strong First" present a pre-season rollerderby weight training clinic.
Over 3 sessions you will learn basic weight training techniques to develop strength and power. We will be covering proper body mechanics and techniques for the following:
- Squat
- Bend or Hinge
- Lunge
- Twist/ Rotation
- Push
- Pull
Roller derby is much more than skating, so get a jump on your competition by atending this clinic.
These classes will be coached by Lance and Kelley Neubauer from "Get Strong First".
