Event details:

Date: Saturday, Oct.18, 2014

Time: Registration begins at 5:30pm-5:50pm; program begins at 6:00pm ends at 8:30pm.

Where: Flames Eatery & Bar, (Flames) located on 88 S 4th Street, San Jose, Ca. 95112, in the banquette room.

Costs for guests: $65.00 general admission.
$45.00 for seniors, students, Veterans, and persons with disability. (Proof of ID will be required at the door.)

Please note: Due to limited seating, there are NO refunds! All sales are final!

Dress: Business casual.

Parking: There is a parking garage right next door to the Flames. Please bring your parking ticket to the Flames with you. They will validate your ticket.

Meal choices are:
Steak
Chicken Alfredo
Super Cheese Burger
Vegetarian: Capellini de Angelo
