DIY Cheesemaking with The Milk Maid of San Francisco
September 27th
1-4pm
$125 per person
Starting with fresh milk and ending with a buttery ball, this class is full of hands-on fun. You'll be up to your elbows in cheese by the time class is done. Along with a just-made burrata, take home serving ideas, some extra "Stracciatella" filling and the recipe (so you can make of the most unforgettable cheese ever again and again).
