Join Louella Hill, The San Francisco Milk Maid, for a one-of-a-kind hands-on cheese tasting class like never before. Unlock the secrets of why chèvre will crumble while Gruyere will bend. See milk being inoculated with good bacteria at the same moment as the effects of good bacteria flood your mouth. Taste the passage of time, the effect of enzymes and the meaning of milk fat all in one bite. This cheese tasting will highlight local cheese favorites while honoring a few Old World masterpieces.
