Oregon Mandolin Orchestra - 2014 Holiday Concert with special guest Sneakin' Out
This much-anticipated annual holiday concert will include Arcangelo Corelli's entire Concerto Grosso No. 8often referred to as The Christmas Concerto. This early Baroque set of music is perfectly suited for this thirty-member mandolin orchestra, and features several riveting solo sections. The group Sneakin' Out, led by mandolin master David Gero, will be the evening's special guest. In keeping up with tradition, OMO will perform movements from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker and many other delightful holiday favorites.
