Join us for an afternoon of sausage-making as part of our Pig-to-Pork Series at our original butcher shop in Kingston, New York. Here's what you can expect:
Experienced butcher and shop manager, Bryan will take you from nose to tail in a pig butchering demo before you get hands on to mix, stuff & twist up a variety of homemade pork sausages.
Discussions on sourcing, sustainability & labeling in our local food system throughout the class.
Afterwards we'll chow down on some porky goodness and wash it down with some local brews and other refreshments.
We request that all attendees wear a hat, closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting meaty.
