Olive Oil Tasting Workshop
Come and meet some of our great North State olive oil producers, many of whom received rave reviews in Cook's Illustrated (September 1, 2009). Learn the sensory techniques for tasting that include judging the clarity, aromatics, and particular flavor attributes present in olive oil.
We suggest you might consider heading to the Thursday Night Farmer's market or one of our great local restaruants after the tasting.
Seating is limited, so get your tickets early. Producers' olive oil will also be available for purchase.
