Lil' Studio: Constructing Sculptures
Parents with little ones ages 2.5 to 4 are invited to the Studio Museum to enjoy art-making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding. After an interactive story time session, participants are invited to create sculptures inspired by photographs of artist Beverly Buchanan's stone structures currently on view in the Under Another Name exhibition. Take a photo of your sculpture and take home two works of art!
Lil' Studio is free, refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required. Please note Lil' Studio cannot accommodate groups with more than five children. Early childhood centers should contact tours@studiomuseum.org to arrange a separate visit.
