This class will be a fun and filling exploration of vegetarian Persian cooking with Chef REVA HASELKORN. With a balance of traditional dishes and contemporary (read: time-saving) methods, we will create and enjoy a delicious Persian meal together.
Our menu will include:
- Seed Crusted Flatbread - Sweet Rice with Almonds and Cherries (Albaloo Polo) - Herb Omelet (Kukye Sabzi) - Beets with Yogurt (Most Laboo) - Spinach and Yogurt Salad (Borani Esfanaj) - Pistachio Cardamom Cake with Rosewater Whipped Cream
Space is limited to 12, so register here, before Sept. 12, 2014. On Line registrations only. No walk ups the day of.
$45 per person, 21+ Sliding scale rate also available, email by Sept. 8 to inquire.
