Sunday SmokeOut Meyer Family Cellars Edition
We will be featuring the great wines of the Meyer Family Cellars! A small, family-owned winery situated in the picturesque Yorkville Highlands of Mendocino County. At once a leading artisanal winery in one of California's emerging viticultural areas, Meyer Family Cellars blends are establishing this new Appellation with the legacy of Silver Oak Cellars. Not on will the wine be there but the great Tony Poer will be joining us to make a fun afternoon! $45 per person.
2010 Syrah; paired with the award winning cheeses of Utah's Gold Creek Creamery and some great local charcuterie
2011 "Spitfire" Cabernet; paired with one of our amazing all house-made artisan sandwiches
California 8-Year Port; paired with a unique creation from our in-house Pastry Chef
